How to order from us
1.Please confirm the model numbers and quantities that you would like to purchase to our sales person, or email to us.
2. We will send you a Proforma Invoice to specify net cost of mentioned goods and other relevant charges once you confirm the order.
3. After you arrange the payment and send us your bank slip, we will put your order down to production, and let you know the ready date in 2 days.
4. When the goods are finished, we will send them by air express, or by sea, or other available shipping methods appointed by customers, and let you know the tracking number and estimated time of arrival.
MOQ
1.For the sample t order, we have no limit for the quantity.
2. From the second order, the MOQ is 50pcs.
3.OEM MOQ is 100pcs/model, Special cases can be negotiated
Payment Terms
Ali Pay, T/T, Western Union, PayPal, Money Gram
1. Under T/T, there will be USD30.00 bank charge for each individual remittance.
2. We can put customers’ orders down to production once we get the bank slip copy.
3. If order value less than 20,000USD, we should get 100% payment before production;
If order value more than 20,000USD, we accept 30% deposit before production and the balance should be paid off before delivery.
Lead Time:
1.Sample order can be delivered from our factory in 3 working days.
2. General order can be delivered from our factory in 5 – 7working days.
3. Big order can be delivered from our factory in 15-20 working days at most.
Shipping
FEDEX, DHL, TNT, UPS, EMS, HongKong Post, Aramex, Air Freight, Ocean Shipping
1. For fast and safe delivery, we cannot deliver to P.O. Box number. Please provide physical address and contact phone number.
2. Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility with your country’s customs office to estimate what these additional costs will be prior to buying.
3. Transit time varies with different shipping methods.
